Workvivo/Culture AMP access

When accessing your personal account on workvivo or culture amp for training. It is important to note that this can only be done in Incognito mode!
This is because all stores are linked to the store account so when trying to sign in to either workvivo or culture amp will not work since the system thinks you are trying to sign in as the store.
Incognito mode allows you to bypass that, so please remember to go into Incognito mode when signing into your own account.

How to access Workvivo/Culture Amp?
  1. When opening Microsoft Edge, click on the 3 dots in the right corner and click on "New InPrivate Window" 
  2. Open a new tab and go Office365.com and click on sign in, sig in using your own login details
  3. Afterwards keep the office365 tab open and open a new tab to Workvivo
  4. Sign in using your work email "first.lastname@hammonds-uk.com"
  5. When you log in, go to the "resources" tab and click on "Apps"
  6. Under Apps scroll down to "Culture Amp"
  7. Sign into Culture Amp using again your work email
  8. When you press Enter DO NOT put in your password, instead click on "Sign in with SSO"
If you follow these steps correctly you should be able to access workvivo or culture amp. Attached is the same guide with visual inputs.
